Sega recently signed developer PlatinumStudios to publish three upcoming titles, made up of many former Clover Studio (Okami, God Hand, Viewtiful Joe) designers, their first title will be on Nintendo Wii and is titled 'Mad World'. This news comes from CVG: Sega's Dreamcast repair service, which has continued to operate despite production of the console having been halted in 2001, will cease from September 28, hammering the final nail into Dreamcast's coffin. Sega Neptune The Sega Neptune was basically a two-in-one game system (Genesis/32X), planned for release in 1995. Unfortunately, by the time a working protoype was ready, the Sega Saturn took the spotlight. Sega felt that consumers would not be interested in the Sega Neptune, so the project was scrapped. CVG has posted some brand spanking new screenshots of the upcoming Sonic Wii title -- called Sonic Wild Fire for now -- with demonstrations of how the Wiimote will be used in conjunction with the game.It's a little tough to tell the actually graphical quality of the game through the screenshots, but from the looks of it, it appears to be not so next gen.
