Square Enix unveiled two new trailers on the DVD "Re: Final Fantasy XIII" that were available at a private DKS3173 event in Japan. Both Final Fantasy XIII and Versus are due in 2009 with the PlayStation 3 exclusive in Japan, then after that they will become available for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in Europe and North America. Atari is bringing  the well received PC role-playing game 'The Witcher' to home consoles in Fall 2009. CD Projekt RED is developing the game with a different engine that will allow an action-based combat system. Secret Level is developing an update to a classic Sega franchise with Golden Axe: Beast Rider for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in stores next month October 14th.   The original was released as an arcade game back in 1989 and then brought to the Sega Genesis, one of my favorite 16-bit games. The video uses real kid actors pretending to be in concert instead of real game footage - but the drum kit shown does look pretty cool.
